Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter (shell retraction or bundle retraction ) features horizontal pressure vessel, filter leaves, pneumatic vibrator assembly, bottom structure housing, hydraulic power pack for bonnet ring opening/closing and shell or bundle retraction. Filter leaves are mounted on a central outlet manifold with perfect O' ring sealing. Filtration areas from 2m 2 to 200m 2 . Dry cake discharge is possible.

Material of construction : Stainless steel, Carbon steel with rubber, PP, PVDF lining, Monel, inconel, etc. O' ring sealing are available in BUNA-N, Viton, EPDM, Nitrile, Silicon etc

Description:

 

The Vertical pressure leaf filters are highly useful in filtration of slurry. It is mounted on four legs, with the internal Leaves being mounted on manifolds. For opening and closing the filter it is provided with eye bolts and devit and devit arm for the rotatable arrangement. There is no need to open the lid during the discharge of the cake, as the pneumatic vibrator system is provided on the top of leaf filters to dislodge the cake.
